The Shropshire Low Level Preventative & Supportive Hub launched on Thursday 29 January 2015, with an official opening on 2 April – World Autism Awareness Day.
The Hub is located at Louise House, Roman Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 9JN, and is co-ordinated by A4U on behalf of Shropshire Council.
Many different organisations are involved, including STACS, who will be there to provide support for carers.
The Hub runs weekly on Thursdays between 12 – 4 pm. Service-users may self-refer by just turning up on the day!
The facilities offered include:
- Meeting Room 1 & 2
- IT Suite
- Reception Meeting Room (most weeks)
- Free car parking
